Yo-yo dieting is like a tiny annoying monster...

...that keeps bouncing up and down. Going on a hard and harsh diet often seems like the only way if you really want to change your body and with that your entire life.

But did you really think it would be that easy? Time and time again you have convinced yourself that changing overnight, preferably during monday morning, is the way to go. Time and time again you have found yourself disappointed and not achieving anything at all. Except disappointment and loss of faith in yourself. How lovely.

Other side-effects of the precious “Yo-Yo diet” is depression, exhaustion, tiredness and rapid weight gain. Isn't it all just so beautiful? You just feel like jumping straight into that deep, deep world of Yo-Yo dieting. Feel the pleasure of being able to starve yourself, feeling proud and feeling as a total fuck-up when you realize you couldn’t do it. Time and time again. Until…

...you finally realize that no perfect body or health in the world came from Yo-Yo dieting. And feel free to neglect that Yo-Yo dieting is exactly what you have been doing. Neglect all you want, but neglection won’t make you thinner, more well trained, beautiful or healthy. Neglection will only keep you going round and round - and eventually becoming rounder and rounder.

So just STOP circling around. Realize that you will have to make more fulfilling changes to get that “dream body” or that “perfect health”. Do it once and for all. But in the healthy normal way that makes your body love you and you eventually love your body. Put up goals and stick to them, but not inhuman goals, put up goals that are achievable - even though they might take longer than until next monday morning achieving.

Good luck!
