Today is gym day!

In a few hour it is time to workout and on the scheduel today is biceps, breast and stomach. I have started writing down how much I lift, to keep track of my progress. This also to motivate me, even though I might not see any result straight away, I will notice progress.
 
Today is just the start of my third week at the gym, so I haven't got to high excpectations, yet. My workout routine right now is 3 times at the gym and 3 cardio workouts a week. 
The cardio is usually either spinning or running, my two favourite ways to excercise, since you really feel you have moved your as afterwards.
 
The gym has never spoken to me before but I belive it is the best compliment to my cardio training, for long lasting results and so that the body doesn't break. And it actually is really fun at the gym.
